Me, my wife, and my 3 kids were 5 hours into a 14 hour roadtrip when the transmission in my Yukon overheated. We parked it, topped off fluid, let it cool, and it wouldn’t shift into reverse. I knew the transmission was shot. No shops were able to get me a rebuild in a short enough turn around time. I called Road Runner and explained my issue.
