I have ordered many parts for my car in the past with no issues and excellent service. However i placed an order last year in February of 2020, got in contact with rob on 3 different occasions, and each time was told would ship me out alternate parts they had on hand. He made broken promises, saying that his internet was down, Then was in hospital, then covid struck, their suppliers stopped working with them blah blah blah. Everything for my car is still on the list but sold out. Turbokit available but nobody seem to get in contact and people seem to lose their money and never get their product. What's goin on.....
Doesn’t seem like they’re an operating business. I made an order & it’s been a pending transaction for a month now. Money still in my account thank god cause I can’t seem to get a hold of anybody. Sucks cause only they make what I ordered
Got a refund via my dispute with my card issuer. Never a peep from these people. Update 10/19/20: Still have a dispute in progress with my card company. I filed a BBB complaint as well. Still not a single email from these people. DO NOT BUY FROM ROAD RACE MOTORSPORTS!! I placed an order on September 11th, got an estimated delivery of September 17th.
