Called to ask a couple questions. Was considering purchase. First question I asked was about polishing welds. The answer from owner was “ if you don’t like it don’t buy it” and he was not nice about it.
I can not be happier with this place. I have not received my bars yet, as they just shipped today, but customer service experience so far has been more than expected. There were some questions about my order that they addressed with me very timely. Crystal is who I spoke with and she was extremely polite, helpful and speedy.
