Staff not wearing masks, sharing office tools, no hand washing in between, not monitoring waiting room to keep 6 feet( a woman scooted a chair right next to me) and I was basically told I would get only one foot looked at , we’ll need to charge you differently if we see both????!!
I called to get an appointment, after the phone rang and rang and rang finally someone answered and asked if I could please hold I said yes. I was on hold for 8 minutes when another woman picked up and asked if i was being helped, i told her i was put on hold, she said ok hold on for one more minute. Five minutes later the original lady answered and asked if she could help me. I told her i needed an appointment and what kind of insurance i had, she said please hold.
