Considering the fact the we happened to have scheduled our service on a day that fell in the middle of a freeze warning, they upheld rescheduling and communication effectively and considerately. The job was done within 2-3 hours and rather affordable. About $200-$250 for a standard GCI outlet and $275 to hard wire and install our heated towel rack. Highly recommend.
