Shady business practices.
R&O worked on remodeling our kitchen many years ago and the experience was positive. Today, I called the office to inquire about a residential project and the person answering the phone showed very little desire to talk to me but also she was short and rude. Remember that this is the person that answers the phone and creates a welcoming tone for your company.
Just got off the phone with Mccall. Easy to work with pleasant to talk to. Treats everyone with respect and kindness as if they are family. Thanks Mccall!!!
