Besides underbidding the project, hiring people from other towns who did not understand the dynamics of our weather and not putting locals to work their poor quality puts people's lives at risk. Shady business practices.
R&O worked on remodeling our kitchen many years ago and the experience was positive. Today, I called the office to inquire about a residential project and the person answering the phone showed very little desire to talk to me but also she was short and rude. Remember that this is the person that answers the phone and creates a welcoming tone for your company.
