Do NOT trust your lives with this company. PERIOD. My house is four years old. I discovered and reported problems in the first year. Besides underbidding the project, hiring people from other towns who did not understand the dynamics of our weather and not putting locals to work their poor quality puts people's lives at risk. I had a ceiling fan blade come off in my bedroom in the first few months, the manufacturer sent me a whole new assembly stating that they had never had this happen-it was poor installation.
