We were really excited about our Tahoe Keys rental however due to the stay at home order because of Covid-19 that was put in place we were not able to make our reservation. RnR refused to give us a full refund and even fought back when I tried to file a dispute with my credit card company. I understand that they have a cancelation policy but you would think that a company might be a little more flexible with the current circumstances since no one was able to travel.
Update : I want to thank Stu for taking responsibility for RnR mishandling accommodating a rescheduling as a result of the storm and contacting me directly. He was sincerely apologetic and sympathized with our expereience. Based on our conversation, RnR changed their policy and allowed us to reschedule our trip. Our trip in March was amazing.
