I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RNR Tire Shop. I fell behind on payments, which I acknowledge, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional. Instead of using lawful, standard recovery procedures, a representative from this company came onto my vehicle and cut off all four valve stems with a saw, rendering the car undrivable. Decent over all experience but I had to edit the review because of a few things that were kinda negative going back a few times. The techs seem to be new every time I go there. I know people need to learn to get better but to be honest only experienced techs should be working on customers cars and services. I brought new vorsteiner rims and a set tires over to get mounted and balanced and they ended up ripping one of the rear tires by accident.
