First things first. The AI person is a bit much. Not gonna lie when I got To talk to an actual person. They were the nicest people ever. I have dealt with a lot of tire companies over the years and by far this has been the most wonderful experience. Not only was I greeted by someone from the front. Went online to get a quote, put in the year make and model of my car and tire size. nNext day while I’m work they call, I can’t answer. They send a text I reply informing them I’m just looking for a quotes. Apparently they need the information again, so I provide it. Don’t know why they couldn’t get it off the same paperwork where they got my contact info from. And just an fyi I still haven’t gotten the quote even though they told me the my would send one over.
