It's was great and Roddy Morgan was the best at RNR Tire.
Worked with Kaylee she was amazing on finding me the best tires for my van . Also, Mallorie and Alexis were amazing as well taking the time to explain the monthly payments and going in detail about everything.
I had a great experience with RNR Tire Express! Roddy went above and beyond by coming to pick up my vehicle and taking care of getting my new wheels and tires installed. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process easy and stress-free. This business is great. From the friendly faces at the counter to help you like ms Kaylee to the ladies in the back to the gentlemen in the pit.. 10/10 recommend. Nonstop returning customer here!
Their process of getting people new tires is great however, they pay all the money to advertise, yet, can't pay their employees to actually know what tire sizes are. I asked my wife to go there to get new tires, and no one bothered to look at the data sticker. Just threw a bunch of numbers at her, confusing her and installed the wrong size tires. She made it clear what she wanted but yet, we had to pay another tire shop to do what we simply asked them to do. Good plan to pay out new tires, extremely poor service. I recommend... read more
