RNR is great . I have financed 2 sets of new rims and tires through them . never had any problems at all and have payed them all off with no problems what so ever . no hidden fees or penalties at all .and I will be back in the future.

This place is a rip off! Do not fall for their scam. Hidden fees everywhere, and when you think you’ve made your last payment they charge your card again without your consent. Just don’t do it! Mom of a former customer
My boyfriend is renting 2 brand new tires from RNR about a month or two ago and they have been nothing but a problem since then. keep in mind he has a WARRANTY and you guys are able to come get the car as long as the residence is within the 15 mile radius. well we are SIX AND A HALF MILES AWAY and you guys refused because you were “short staffed and just couldn’t do it”. but is it not YOUR JOB???? no this is absolutely ridiculous, and you guys have lied about hidden fees and having to “register your tires online within 45 da... read more
In the beginning I would have, but now that I’m close to the end NO! They have so many hidden fee, and rude employees!! I put my card on file as a way of payment in case I couldn’t run by the store. The young guy told me that AT NO TIME WOULD MY CARD BE USED unless I gave them permission. They used my card for a payment of the minimum( now that I’m close to paying them off) I’ve never paid the minimum bc my goal is to have them paid off on time. customer service to start Hurd several people go get new tires an wake up next morning to flat tires then pulling teeth to get it straitened out
paid my payment off back in NOV .and they came to my job and took my tires off my car saying I owe them $42 then talked to my mom telling her I owe $379 these people are so crooked
