We bought a new set of tires yesterday and where taking a trip with our 4 children today. We got 20 minutes away and our tire almost fell off. Thankfully someone pulled over to help. The lug nuts we had were wrong for the wheels we had because we had new wheels. They didn't let us know they wouldn't work for the wheels and put everyone one of the lug nuts that didn't fit on the same tire; all the other wheels have the lug nuts that fit.
