If there was an option to give them no stars I would they lied to me sold me 4 used wheels and tires that I was told was brand new. I missed my payment due date by 5 minutes and then they took the wheels and tires that I payed for and left my truck sitting on blocks. In the process of taking my wheels and tires off of my truck they broke 6 of my 24 lug nuts and they also cut both front brake lines. They are all about their customers!! whatever they can do to make it easier on you.. that's what they do!!! not only do they have amazing prices but they also have to up of line customer service!!! I gotta give a shout out to one of my favorites TOBY. I have tires and rims from here and they were great at helping get the ones I need. For the price you pay you get what its worth.
I had several problems ranging from broken air pressure monitors to arguing over tire replacement and worse
What a great place! Friendly employees, informative and helpful, and quality job well done putting them on. We'll be back for another set of tires for our other truck.
This was by far my worst experience ever with a tire shop. This started yesterday October 1st. I have a set of Nexen ATs on stock 20 Ford rims. I came into the shop today to get a slow air leak fixed. Had the entire day off so wasn't in a hurry, and really in a pretty good mood. This shop has no windows to watch the guys work on tires. So I found a seat in the lobby. After I watched my truck go back it wasn't long before I heard all kind of banging metal on metal sound, but hey it's a shop not uncommon right?!.
