Today I bought 6 new tires for my dually truck. The staff especially the GM Lexi made me feel right home. Lexi was also genuine and attentive and made sure I was taken care of. She also made me aware of some parts on my truck needing attention making me feel safe and I will take care of. I have done business with RNR for some years now and happy to be back. Fast easy cheap everything you want in a tire shop
So today I am here getting an alignment. Appointment was at 10:45. Sitting here at 11:43 and still not done. Had to ask at 11:00 when my vehicle was going to get done because I have an appointment at 12. Asked again like I said at 11:43 when seeing everyone at counter. Got told it takes an hr. I was amazed how fast this place is and how friendly everyone is there hearing them laugh and joke with each other while being professional and courtesy to me and the other customers . Prices are amazing to . I would give more stars if I could. Thank you everyone who helped me today
Do not go here. I repeat do not go here. If literally anything arises to affect you making a payment, they will make you feel like you have no options and will be completely rude. I had no alignment issues with my car until I got tires from them either, im convinced it's a tactic to ruin the tires on purpose to get you into a bigger more expensive contract with them. They also were supposed to issue me a refund once and never did. They shouldn't be in business. Please look elsewhere for tires before you get into a huge expen... read more
