Jeremy was very efficient had a very pleasant manner in conducting business. The timing to get to work done was impeccable.
UPDATE-Went in today for a scheduled rotation and met the new GM. Don’t recall her name but she was very unprofessional. I bought the rims from this exact location. The tires I have on there are recaps that I bought new and had them put on, balanced. I have returned several times since then and even had them rotated. I even had a conversation with Justin Black one time I was there and he explained how important it was to do the rotation for even wear on the tires. Very friendly and very quick service had me in and out in just a little over an hour.
I was on my way to start my vacation...blew a tire. I couldn't find a tire anywhere. I saw that RNR was closed but sent a text on the corporate website. The GM Lexi still happened to be in the shop. Even though they were technically closed, they all stayed, waited for the tow truck to come get me and bring my car to them. They gave me two used tires because they didn't have my size for a very good price. Lexi and her crew saved my life and my vacation. They forever have my business. If you need help, I highly recommend them.
Was told over the phone hey could install my stem extensions on my RV. Get there 30 minutes later and told they couldn't. Guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. Told me I didn't call them that I had to be wrong when I knew exactly where I called (only one in Hutch) then told the home office answered my call and that they don't know what the store can and cannot do.
