Ordered a set of wheels and tires in store while talking to the manager that was 4 weeks ago and I called them and they never ordered them couldn’t remember or tell me the order till I finally walked in and they realized who I was.
This is my second time doing business with the Louisville location. The people are friendly but I just called to get my payoff. I was told it was $509. Ok, so I first decided to just make 2 payments which was $113 and wait. Then I ended up deciding to go ahead and pay off the balance to save some interest. I call back to pay the rest and even after just paying $113, they tell me I now owe over $600! How???? Within 2 mins it went from what should’ve been $396 to over $600. Once I pay them off I WILL NOT go back again!
So a few weeks back I called from a decent distance away and asked for some help on some tires due to Me being on our local fire department as a volunteer because we are a very small community and everyone treated me great had me in and out and no hassle pricing on payments had some interest but they did take a major risk and always do as they don’t do credit checks so the interest is understandable plus they give you several months to pay off for cash price you can’t beat that. "All warranties only apply when financing the tires." So when you pay your tires off all warranties such as road hazard, mileage are no longer applicable. However you can still get your nail ridden tires balanced and rotated for free. Save your money and spend it with a company that will warranty your tires.
Very rude staff! Got a call today about my account and got an attitude from the person on the other end. I thought the company was good at first but after the phone call I just received, I WILL NOT recommend anyone else!

We were traveling out of state and had a tire issue. We have custom rims and NO ONE had lug nuts to fit. RNR opened 30 minutes early and tapped our studs, put new lug nuts on, and ensures ALL of our tires were on correctly and secure. As if this weren't enough......they refused to charge us any extra for their work. Made my 6 year old son comfortable by watching Netflix on their big screen while we waited. THANK YOU for making one of our worst days more bearable.
