Robert and his team were very professional!!
I needed a piece that was flapping from underneath the car taken off. I am a female and got under the car to get the bolt, I did not have the proper tools to get the plastic piece off. One dude here acted like he couldn't take one plastic piece off for the elderly people I was driving with. Sad. Firestone got it off. A female at that! I highly recommend Firestone.
