Very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff.
The customer service was definitely 5 stars. The reps went above and beyond to help us find tires to fit my son’s SUV. (They weren’t in stock in store but they were able to get them from a vendor in Lawrence). Pricing was fair. Yes, a bit more expensive than buying tires outright but the payments were what my son could afford at this time. My only complaint was the wait. We were told 3:30 and ended up waiting several hours after that. 😭 Be prepared for a long wait but they do have comfortable seating, TV, and offer bottled ... read more
