I have gone thr rnr in other states I live. This office has ruined any bit of a relationship I will have with rnr. Never in my life have I interacted with more disrespectful "employees" in my life. My partner and I worked out a payment plan with the head boss, and this office still came and took the tires and stolen the rims, knowing I need my car for medical appointments from being extremely sick. Best place to do an alignment in town. Helped me by showing when the alignment couldn't be done and why, plus they didn't charge for diagnosis. Going to keep coming back. Racheal was really helpful.
They were very polite and showed they cared by going out and inspecting the old tires
