Amazing customer service came to them needing my tire patched for a last minute trip for a funeral and they worked me in and got me and my kids ready to hit the road safely!!! Thank you!!!!
New tire failed within a few months
Mike and his team knocked it out of the park and saved our family vacation to Colorado! Another tire shop in Lincoln ordered the wrong size tires and didn't realize they did until they went to install them. I called RNR Tire and they set up an appointment 30 minutes from when I called. When I arrived, Mike, the manager assured me they would make it happen today and they did! Same day install and they had the correct size tires! Staff was all friendly and great help. 1000/10. Excellent service! Probably get new rims again! I loved the ability to test different rims without any issue.
Very over priced and they don't seem to be very customer friendly at all. Don't recommend going to this location at all.
