they sold me the wrong sized tires negligently and refused to accept responsibility, blaming the shocks on my car. car was taken to dealership, confirming problem was tires, and my shocks were fine. their tires caused damaged to my care, and their negligence and dereliction of duty dangers the welfare of myself and my family. do you and your family a favor, if you value your road safety and your vehicle in general, never use RNR Tire Express.
Need all professional employees with customer service skills no one that works at the Van Buren Arkansas store on Fayetteville Road has any customer service skills very unprofessional and rude to customers wait time just to get tires put on was three and a half hour wait Will Not Recommend Van Buren Arkansas RnR To Anyone and I will tell everyone I know to not go here
If you need tires do not get them here at all. I needed 4 brand new tires bad and had not yet established a credit score and didnt have the money at the time to just go out and buy 4 new tires. I was directed to RNR and told they could help, I had to call and get the tires ordered they dont keep many in store so if you need a quick tire they probably cannot help you. My husband and I both have gotten tires from them. He has had a tire that keeps going flat. He has now went up there twice to get it fixed. LOL. For some reason it always takes at least 2-3 hours and still goes flat. Replace the tire!!! For some reason I guess we will keep paying for this flat tire and will have to replace it somewhere else. We will probably have to have someone else take care of this for us.

Thank you for not only helping my friend David with his tires, but also for the kindness that was shown. David is homeless ( he lives in his car) and often treated as someone who is “less than” and you treated him with respect. I can’t recommend this place more!
