Junior got me in for a tire repair super fast. They were all very professional and I was out the door quickly. I recommend highly!
We went to RNR Tire yesterday and had such a horrible experience. My mother and I had received a quote from them for tires. They set up an appointment for us and ordered tires for the appointment. As soon as we arrived to our appointment, the agent , Chris Lopez, gaslit us and refused to honor the quote (4 tires for $100 down + $100 match and $120/mo. for 4 months). I went in to have my flat tire repaired yesterday, but was met with some unexpected experience. An older lady, a younger girl, and a guy seemed to be having a small issue which escalated quickly. The guy was yelling racial slurs and threatening multiple staff members. RNR staff members handled the situation to the best of their ability. People really need to learn to respect staff and workers. RNR was very eager to help me out even when dealing with a situation as bad as that. Thank you RNR for everything you do!
The staff was really welcoming and friendly. RNR is a good option if you need to do rent to own. However I was massively overcharged. I’m having to pay 790 dollars for tires that are only worth 300 to 400 dollars
