Customer service in the store is great. But the techs and so called alignment certified guy suck. He refuses and never aligns anything properly. Always claiming something’s wrong, but belle or discount have no issues. A friend also had 3 aligns back to back because he screwed it up so badly. Save your money and go else where. You’ll get a guarantee and better service! If you just want friendly staff who go the extra mile and not deal with their techs, it’s great. But then techs gotta install it sadly.
Great people and experience on my 2025 ford escape quick and efficient I recommend to take your vehicle here
Went in for simple wheel replacement. Employees were beyond helpful, even went out of their way to make sure I didnt overpay for wheels I didn't need and guided me to getting the correct size. Instalation was fast and I was out in no time at all. Will 100 percent go back!
Great experience. Will return for sure.
I can’t say enough nice things about the guys at RNR Tire, very helpful and I highly recommend them! Thank you!
