Scheduled an appointment to get 4 new tires put on and an alignment.. i show up 10 min early to my appointment.. was told it would take about 2 hrs… i said thats fine i just need my car back before the end of today.. i hand over keys and walk to Walmart to do some shopping.. come back 50 minutes after dropping my car off and its still sitting out front untouched.. i go inside and sit in the waiting room… About 30 minutes waiting in the waiting room my car gets taken to the back to start getting its work done.. roughly a hour... read more
