Gave a 1 star rating but if I could I would do no stars these people just want your money. They offer the new set of tires without a warranty a low down payment and low weekly payments but that’s just to get your business. Had my tires 3 weeks and 1 blew out took it to have it replaced they told me on the phone that would be no problem. Got there and they told me it would be the next day before they could get a “insurance” tire after I already missed work because of it. I was stranded with a blow out and no spare jack or 4way they came out to the side of the road and helped me get to the shop with a new rim and tire I liked the way it looked on my car so I had them put the other 3 rims and tires on my car...I had no idea that there would be such amazing people at RnR tire shop but they helped me more than I could ever ask for so nice and respectful with great payment plans I will be back when I need new tires or anything else I need on my car
Came in for a front end alignment I dropped it off a few hours later I drove by and it was still in same spot I parked it and 10 minutes later they called me said it was done. Drove up there and they just turned it around in the spot I parked it. Went inside paid for it and told them there no way yall did that in 10 minutes. (They said they did) got home and tires are still out of alignment. You can visibly see it. The bolts you turn to align still had mud on them. They never touched it.
