Place is a rip off had some tires that only lasted 16k miles with them being a 55k mile tire and nothing was loose in the front end and when brought up they get very defensive saying that something was wrong
Horrible customer service! Very rude on the phone talking over me while I’m trying to explain my issue and what’s going on.. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the manager and I asked for corporate office number he also said there isn’t one.. never buying tires from them again..
I sent a request for a quote in tires and they responded with payment options instead. I will not be doing business with them!
Great service and very nice people all around. They got me new tires and set me up with a payment plan so I was able to get new tires. Very satisfied with them.
I asked them when I had 4 tires replaced to put the rear tires in my trunk I drove home and when I opened my truck to unload them they we're not there they still had about 12000 miles Left on the tread I was going to use them for a spare but other than that I very happy with the great service that I received
