I ran over a nail and they were the closest shop. The customer service agent was very professional and a nice guy. He got me in and out faster than expected. The place was clean and had a comfortable waiting area. The plug cost $40 which is higher than most other places in town. They over-filled up the newly plugged tire but didn't bother to add air to the other tires. I love this company! They offer payments for tires. I added new wheels too, and they added then into the payment plan as well. They are very nice, explain all the benefits and make sure you understand everything before leaving. You don't even need to pay anything on the day your tires are put on.
Service was great, but I did the payment plan and when I ran into a problem, the credit folks threatened to take all the wheels off my car. Are they mobsters?
Zero transparency. No way to see the inventory. When I decided to put the information in the get a quote.. I had to ask what tires are these for this quote? Am I just supposed to say sure, I'll take what ever you have. I went to mavis and knew what I was get for what price.
John is awesome! I needed a tire plugged on my wife’s new SUV and it was urgent. He found time kept me updated and did the repair $42 and we were back on the road. I will definitely go here the next time I need Tires for any of the family cars excellent job R&R tire express!
