Taking money out of my account before the due date That was not the agreement
Came in 16Jul26 to get new tires, Talked with Alex and he understood what I was looking for. He found the tires and got within my payment and they good awesome on the truck. Wife drove the truck around and didn’t like them or the gas mileage. No fault on Alex or RNR. Came back in today 17Jul26 to see if the could switch them out for a lesser aggressive look. They went above and beyond to accommodate me by keeping the same payment. Thank Alex, Managers and RNR team
This is a warning to everyone thinking about using RNR. Don’t do it. The vice president of the company will come promise you the world to fix the problem, then call you names when they screw up themselves. I’ll post the screen shots of our text chain when I get home.
they are great and price are very good
Absolute terrible experience. Never go here if you like your own money. I owed them $480 in Febuary. It is now July and they are still taking $45 every Sunday. That is almost $1200. They dont answer their phones and if you ask them to skip a payment they will tell they will do it for you and charge you anyways. Never go here. All they have done is lie to us every time.
