I had 4 tires installed in February. A month later my tire sensor light came on in my car. I carried it back and they put more air in the tires. I left and 2 days later the tire sensor light came on again. I then carried the car to the BMW dealership they checked the tires a told me that the tires in the back was not the correct tires. I carried the vehicle back to RNR and they said that they could order me the correct tires but I would have to pay again for two tires I informed them that I trusted them to put the right size... read more
On my way to Georgia from Texas, my tire pressure became low in one of the tires. Upon arrival at RNR my car was taken in the bay for inspection. Within minutes, I was told what was wrong with the tire and they searched for a tire for my car. The service was seamless and efficient...and the waiting room was quite cool and immaculate. Had a low soon to be flat tire on a 6-hour trip from Atlanta to Jackson, MS. I stopped in Meridian, MS at RNR Tire Express and they fixed it quickly.
