they sold me the wrong sized tires negligently and refused to accept responsibility, blaming the shocks on my car. car was taken to dealership, confirming problem was tires, and my shocks were fine. their tires caused damaged to my care, and their negligence and dereliction of duty dangers the welfare of myself and my family. do you and your family a favor, if you value your road safety and your vehicle in general, never use RNR Tire Express.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires in store while talking to the manager that was 4 weeks ago and I called them and they never ordered them couldn’t remember or tell me the order till I finally walked in and they realized who I was.

Horrible warranty policies, not willing to help their customers unless they know you personally or your a friend of Jordan ( the manager) I will not recommend my worst enemy to purchase tires from this place. TIRES ARE MALFUNCTIONED. they will kill you!
