Came into your showroom today needed four new tires for my car and also a four wheel alignment . Was given a price was happy with the deal and was going to pay cash . Next thing I was taken in the back of the shop to look at tires and was shown a used tire I was confused because I was quoted a price for NEW tires and never asked or wanted a used tire . The sales person in front said he had my new tires in stock ? In my opinion very poor customer service and communication.
