I had tires from Tires.com and had it delivered to RNR. I was sent a confirmation from the company I bought from. Tried all day this last Saturday to call and left several messages so I could set up a time to come in and have the tire put on. I never received a call back, but they closed at 5pm. I went down there to get the tires but found that they closed at 5pm. Thanks Jon Sievers

I was a customer and intended to still be a customer even after I had to deal with Jessica's snotty mouth. One time I was there and she started yelling at a guy about his tire size. When he walked out she told the other guy who don't work there anymore the customer was a cheap scumbag. After watching how she treated this man and the language she used I will be shopping at Rimtyme. You never yell at customer.
