Brought a toilet in for rebuild. The service manager called 2 days later and said they cannot rebuild. Told her I would come by tomorrow and get it. When I showed up I was told there was a $100 diagnostic fee. I paid, and ordered a new toilet from Amazon for $90. Bad personnel, bad product knowledge but good at stealing your money. Avoid at all costs!!
