I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the hair colour service you provided. I wanted to keep the cost down. You quoted me a price for the full colour and folis , which I accepted. During the appointment, you offered a free blow-dry that I did not request or want, and suggested tinting my eyebrows using leftover tint. These were services I did not ask for. Extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked and clearly requested a base colour with very minimal blonde foils so the base colour would show. After a full colour was applied, a large number of foils were added, which was not what I asked for. The result was very orange and brassy, and my greys were still visible.
