I have been trying to contact you for over a month regarding the repair of my generator. Claim check number 0625 I’ve made several attempts to reach you by phone, but I continue to get an answering service. Would you please contact me in regards to the status of my generator repair? We used RNK about 2 years ago to repair our lawn mower and weed eater. I’m a bit disappointed I forgot to leave a review however, Richard was awesome! He was very open, honest and had wonderful pricing. There was a little bit of a turn around time but he was transparent during the entire process. If we ever need service again, Richard is our guy!
Shout out to Richard at RNK Repair Services of Lakeland. Our machine had a small issue that we couldn't fix and our technician Matt is a good drive away from the office in Cocoa. I called and Richard squeezed us in his busy schedule for the Repair. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes and we were back in business!
