We just moved into a premises that this place built. It is garbage. We have no heat. The dishwasher broke after a month because the electrician installed it wrong. The cupboards have yet to be repaired. Awful horrible trash company
I am a Windsor Park resident who contested RNDSQR developments in my community. Their rental units are an absolute eye sore and are poorly managed based on conversation with neighbours in the building. From the street most of your view is utility meters and the property is ill maintained, never mowed, overrun with weeds, and dead trees.
