I am a Windsor Park resident who contested RNDSQR developments in my community. Their rental units are an absolute eye sore and are poorly managed based on conversation with neighbours in the building. From the street most of your view is utility meters and the property is ill maintained, never mowed, overrun with weeds, and dead trees. Just builds as quickly and as many units as possible. No regard for community or surrounding infrastructure. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If you can avoid it, do not rent a property managed by round square. It takes months for them to arrange fixing things. Had a broken window hanging of hinges for 4 months and had calls/emails ignored. The garage to the building is always broken and when you call they say they can do nothing about it. Buildings get broken onto with parties on top and they say they can't do anything.
