I, like Gail Michalski had a terrible experience with RNBD Home Services. I had a very similar story and experience. They did a bathroom remodel for me in 2024 and the workmanship was terrible. I also contacted a lawyer and I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I really don’t understand all the positive reviews.
It’s very disappointing to write this review; however, we had a TERRIBLE experience with RNBD. After a flood damaged our basement we searched online for a home contracting company and, based on the reviews, chose RNBD. Initially, communication was great and we accepted the quote that Ryan provided. It then took months for them to begin the work and, once the work finally began, we were never given an end date for completion. The RNBD crew are the best. Communicative, professional, knowledgeable. We did a bathroom remodel with them to get our shower off the slope of the roof and we are constantly getting compliments on the job they did. They've been extremely helpful in getting work repaired from the botched jobs of others. My wife and I give them our highest recommendation.
Absolutely wonderful people to work with. Ryan, Jack, Brandi and Verona were so helpful in providing us with the bathroom we wanted.
