I worked with Kaveh in 2022 on a Sausalito, Ca. Home for rent at a very reasonable listed rental price and very desirable location in Sausalito. Kaveh did show the property and represent the property From what little I know. Unfortunately the young woman he selected to present to me as a tenant candidate was no more qualified than a 6 year old. Kaveh never vetted any of her information particularly her former tenancies. RNB managed the apt that we rented in Sausalito. Kaveh, Joni and the whole RNB team are incredible property managers. They were very prompt in addressing issues. There were even things, like the HVAC system, that was upgraded while were there, so it felt like they were advocating for not just patch fixes. Would highly recommend RNB!
