I hired RNB Property Management Golden Gate to manage my rental property. They found a great tenant, have been communicative, and overall done a great job. I am very happy with their work so far and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to manage rentals.
Kaveh was great in our initial meetings. All the contractors hired were way overpriced. The folks he recommended like the handy-person did sub par work (installing things backwards, then charging me for the extra work. The landscape person did not follow through on trimming & maintaining our yards.
