this property management company is collecting application fees for rental homes and leaving them listed for months. There were 13 applicants that paid the fees in line before me,(We all paid at least $50 an applicant )and that was months ago. This home is still listed and they are making a lot of money on application fees , probably more than the rent itself in a month.

I engaged RNB of Sausalito, Ca. *****on February 12,2020. I was contacted by agent with tenant application on or about March 27, 2020. The lease with this tenant was signed on or about March 28, 2020. The tenant applicant gave the agent with RNB a check or otherwise negotiable financial instrument for rent for April 2020 and for the Security Deposit on or about March 28, 2020. I have not received the rent or Security Deposit for this transaction as of today, April 12, 2020. I have send multiple emails, calls, etc to the agen... read more

Cheryl H*** to reiterate, when we receive funds from the tenant (rent and security deposit) the money is deposited into a bank trust account. Our bank clears those funds immediately on good faith. It takes an average of 10+ days for our bank to verify that those funds are actually valid and sufficient. During that 10+ day period if the check bounces (NSF) then our bank removes those funds from our trust account. This is hands down the best property management team you will find anywhere! We have rented several properties from them. They are always available 7 days a week. Repairs are done right away. Office staff is amazing, Bethany and Robert are the best!
