Posting for my friend: I have been here multiple times and had great service, but the last 3 times were very disappointing. As an experienced and trained nail aesthetician myself, I was very disappointed with my service 2 days ago for an acrylic tip manicure. The service was done in a rush, cuticles were not cut or cleaned, painting was poorly done (messy around cuticles), acrylic is bumpy (hard to see in photos), nail shaping crooked (my natural nails are not crooked), thickness of acrylic was incorrect (should be thin-thic... read more
