Very bad experience. My mom. Was ordered oxygen when discharged from hospital and order was sent to Rotech. She already had an oxygen provider from her home town that was still servicing her at my home since she moved in with us. Never had the first problem. However, we went ahead and let Rotech bring out the oxygen. They asked about her service provider and how long she had her service with them. Required us to call and cancel so they would get paid. They redeemed themselves! I was angry when I made the last review but honestly if you know you don’t have customer service skills or you don’t like to work with people maybe you are in the wrong profession. We are already at your mercy needing help with only government insurance why would you want to make us feel worse by treating us like you don’t even care if we get what we need or not.
