They redeemed themselves! I was angry when I made the last review but honestly if you know you don’t have customer service skills or you don’t like to work with people maybe you are in the wrong profession. We are already at your mercy needing help with only government insurance why would you want to make us feel worse by treating us like you don’t even care if we get what we need or not. I have used RN Homecare for 10 years. The Grenada staff has always been helpful but the insurance and billing at corporate office is a nightmare. After 4 orders in 2020 they decided they will not file my secondary insurance. Beware if you have 2 insurances they possibly will not file and will stick you with the bill.
