Brian is so professional, very detailed and warmly massage therapist!
Over the past six months of receiving treatment at the VACC RMT Clinic, I have felt that the clinic is operated too heavily around student education rather than patient-centered care. I visited this place a few times and it was excellent. Marina using deep tissue massage as well as friction treatment to help with my scar tissue closed to my ribcage. The scar tissue is softening and the mobility of my shoulder was improved. It was one of my best massage experience and treatment.
They were very polite but it seems to me they wasted lots of time asking unnecessary questions during the consultation, so out of 75 mins you only get 15 mins massage. My second appointment, they were very unorganized. They sent me many emails to confirm the appointment and then they canceled it for different reasons. They even canceled my appointment 10 mins before my actual appointment. I am sorry but I never go back again!!!
Out of 75 mins, I was only able to get 15 minutes of treatment. Too much time on doing assesment, I also had to wait for 10 minutes long laying down after the assesment was done for student to come back and do the treatment. Only come here if you have a lot of time to waste
