Probably I am not the best person to describe it in detail but it was exactly what I was looking for. It was not Reiki nor Swedish, it was a great message. Thanks Paul. I needed to edit my comment since Paul has left and now my massage therapist is Keelan. She is amazing, she knows what to do by asking a couple of questions and overall the message is very relaxing.
