I had RMT service my Kubota BX 23. It had serious steering issues; I would completely lose the ability to steer the tractor at times. I had a local mechanic come by from time to time. He would bleed the hydraulics and it would fix the problem for a several weeks, enough time for me to get my limited amount of work done.
