RMS Glass provided us with our bathroom mirrors and gorgeous glass shower in our new home build. They made great recommendations and helped us decide what would be most structurally sound, all while maintaining the look that we wanted. We were thrilled with the customer service and the installation crew were quick, thorough and professional. We love that we could support a local family business for this project and look forward to doing more work with RMS Glass in the future.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I had them come out to give me a quote, which turned out to be $600 more than the quote they gave me over the phone. I decided not to use them, and I have contacted them several times to come back and fix the window they destroyed while measuring the window and no one is getting back to me. .
