I had an emergency and Jeff fit me into his already busy schedule and quickly took care of the problem. Some parts were replaced and I was able to receive the highest discount from the coupon I received in the mail.
I've taken my car to a few other shops in the past couple years and finally I brought it to RMS and they figured out the battery issue and even somehow fixed my radio for no charge.
I desperately needed my Volvo serviced. I had tires that needed mounting, the car needed an inspection, and oil change done. I explained that finances could be an issue and the service and total fees exceeded my expectations. On top of that a courteous young man also drove me back to my office. RMS will be my mechanic for all my auto needs.
The service here was excellent. I am very happy to find a place to take care of the car at. as a single woman is is hard to get a mechanic I can trust. the service is great and so is the cost, as well as the prompt honest service!
Out of all of the years I have dealt with mechanics in Houston, RMS is the best. They are very nice and really know what they are doing. They are accurate with their work and fairly priced.
Jeffery went beyond and gave the BEST SERVICE. I will return when needed.
They were courteous and professional. Being my first time here I have to say it was a great experience. I will return for any future needs.
As always, your service was fast and could not be a more pleasant experience.
