As someone who rarely posts on social media or writes reviews, I can honestly say this was very easy for me to write because of the outstanding experience we’ve had. It was a pleasure to work with Arturas Ragauskas and RMR Residential Realty to help them with the property maintenance and improvements. Communication was clear and efficient and payment was prompt. Looking forward to working with Arturas and RMR Residential Realty again soon.
As far as I concern, Mr. Arturas Ragauskas has been working so well as a manager of our condominium management. His prompt response against my email makes me satisfy.
I just would like to say that Arturus Ragauskas is doing his best to find a solution to my leaking ceiling. I haven't seen any effort till he started working on it.
I would like to give a shout out to the property manager of my community in New Rochelle. Arturas Ragauskas ( I hope I spelled it correctly) I put in a request for the property manager to trim my trees on both sides of my garage due to the fact the senors in my car were going off every time I left my house . In the past, I put in requests for work and it is never done in a timely manner, but I really needed to thank Mr.Ragauskas for taking care of this problem so fast! Please don’t fire him!
