I would like to give a shout out to the property manager of my community in New Rochelle. Arturas Ragauskas ( I hope I spelled it correctly) I put in a request for the property manager to trim my trees on both sides of my garage due to the fact the senors in my car were going off every time I left my house . In the past, I put in requests for work and it is never done in a timely manner, but I really needed to thank Mr.Ragauskas for taking care of this problem so fast! Please don’t fire him!
Arturas Ragauskas was very responsive to a couple of issues at our home and got back to us within hours...The walk was in need of replacement after 25+ years...I put in my request for a new one and got an approval the next day...Additionally, a couple of curbstones at the end of the driveway were uneven and could cause damage if a car drove over them...24 hours later the curbstones were replaced and all was good! Thanks Arturas, we really appreciate your help!
I had a wonderful experience working with Arturas Ragauskas at RMR Realty. Arturas Ragauskas scheduled our driveway to be repaved. He communicated with me throughout the process including when I realized I needed them to put the paving off a day. He reached out to the paying company, and followed up with me to let me know he had taken care of it.
