I recently had a heat pump installed by Tyler from RMR Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Tyler was incredibly fast, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The installation was smooth and hassle-free, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and will definitely work with them again in the future. Highly recommended!
Great customer service! Needed last minute service and inspections for my furnace, AC unit and hot water tank and Hayes was able to come through. He was very knowledgeable and explained some deficiencies that my furnace had. Would highly recommend RMR for any of your hvac needs!

Tyler was a phenomenal help and we highly recommend! We had a problem with our thermostat and wasn’t sure of the solution. We called around a few places and all were unavailable until a few days. (It’s 20* right now) Thankfully our guy stepped up and helped us resolve our problem within a few hours of contacting him. Including providing us with a whole new thermostat.
