Israel is great! We just closed on a property in Salado, and Israel made the finance part of it incredibly easy. We asked him to update rates, down payments, and other aspects of our loan more than 5-6 times and he was alway happy to run the numbers and find the right mix for us. He also offered a ton of creativity to allow us to "bake in" a new roof. This is our second loan with him, and we will for sure be coming back in the future. Thanks Israel!
