the people here are weird. they are not nurses and should not be watching you pee like they do. I highly recommend swapping to oral swabs if possible to avoid interaction with these people!!
I haven't been in a very long time, but having to test at RMS was heart-breaking. Most of the RMS employees I interacted with were not only unprofessional, but just a bit cruel? I left crying several times. Eventually, I started driving far away and paying more to test at a private agency. It often felt like the employees were aiming to make you feel bad about yourself. The collectors never give their names. Make up new rules as they go. Be aware of tall white lengthy creepy dude name may be Dexter looks like one. He gets annoyed eaily when he has to be of service. He opens the UA specimen container for you. He is disobeying correct procedure and most likely be contaminating your sample. Front desk ladies have gotten real bad in customer service looks at you like an animal.
This place is great. Close to my job and open until 7, so I can head over right after work. The staff is aways welcoming and laughing. Makes things really quick, comfortable and easy.
