I completely respect the work that the staff and sample takers have to do, and I understand that intake is part of the process. I just wanted to point out that there was an additional delay in the waiting room. After the female staff member returned, the male sample taker who wore glasses and had a somewhat feminine presentation sat at the computer for approximately 15 minutes before coming up to assist, while the other male sample taker was still actively processing people.
