Once I spoke to the office staff I knew this would be the place for us. They were so kind and easy to work with. Then we had our appointments. Amanda took our preliminary information and did our tests before we saw Dr. Johnson. She made us feel relaxed and at ease, a true professional. David Johnson & RMO healthcare are probably the premier eye care providers in Tyler. Not only was my appointment timely! Not on some other ‘Physician timeline’ where you wait, wait & then wait some more until they deign your wait worth to be seen, then, only to be given 5 mins with a person who really cares very little for your health and well being at all!. My husband and I just visited RMO Eyecare. From the receptionist to the Assistant to the Dr. All first class service for the both of us. We were extremely pleased with their professional service Glad we found them.
Visited them in May, and it was the first time seeing an eye specialist. The experience was great because you don't have to wait long periods to see the doctor, and also everyone in this office is kind to patients.
