I am writing this review regarding my experience with RMM Motorcycle Rentals - West Palm Beach. My wife and I rented a Harley Davidson Ultra Glide, and from the moment we left the shop, it was a nightmare. The bike was handed to us with no gas, forcing us to stop immediately. We then discovered the gas cover was broken and impossible to open; it took us about 30 minutes, with the help of a bystander, to pry it open just to get fuel. This is the go to place to rent a bike for a day before you go out to buy that particular model. I also take my motorcycles there for repairs.
Had to make a getaway for thanksgiving week. Came to Florida to be with family. What better way to relieve tension than ride a motorcycle in beautiful weather.. Called and spoke with rich over a general question. I rented from RMM before. Not only did he pick up an answer on his off day, he had me squared away the very next.
