Outstanding Service at RMM – Saved My Key West Trip! Had an absolutely crazy Saturday, and RMM came through big time! I was prepping for a quick day trip to Key West when I did a pre-ride check on my Harley Street Glide. Noticed some slight dry rot on the front tire, then went to check the pressure in the rear and saw the belt was showing—instant panic mode. The guys at RMM were very nice - however, our rental (H-D Road Glide) had a VERY stiff clutch which truly ruined the experience. With 26-years riding experience and having owned several bikes (currently a 2016 H-D Road Glide Special), I’m telling you that it was NOT just a bit stiff - after 2 days riding in stop-n-go traffic, my left hand was sore and cramping.
