Avoid this place. It's just lipstick on a pig. I was told my apartment would be cleaned because it had a layer dust, dirt, and random hairs when I viewed it. I was also told that repaired would be made prior to moving in. Suprise come moving day, the apartment wasn't touched. My maintenance requests were closed out without my knowledge. It took multiple requests and 3 months before anything was addressed. I pay $95 a month to rent washer and dryer that are run down. They installed dirty uncleaned machines. As far as the apartment I love the large deck and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. I have been here over a decade but will be moving to a house soon. The management has really gone downhill since I moved in. The current manager charged my neighbor who has really serious medical issues a $600.00 penalty because my dog walked into her apartment. I pay her to walk my dog for me while I’m at work so he’s not cooped up for over 12 hours and all she did was bring him in to get her dog ready to walk.She already pays th... read more
