This office got me in and out with a full lobby within 10 minutes. Bailey took my blood and in the 8 years I’ve had blood work, she found my difficult rolling veins with one stick and I didn’t even feel it.
Did not draw enough blood for test. Wrong test was ordered. Billed me for wrong test. Sent me bill for wrong test because insurance would not cover it and then made me spend hours on the phone after I started receiving collection notices because I could not get my questions answered in a timely manner.
Who likes being poked in the arm with a needle? I know I don't. I'm afraid of needles. The experience was as good as it could be. I was the only one in the waiting room. I checked in and had just zipped my insurance card back in my purse when I was called. My technician was fast and painless. I couldn't ask for anything better than that.
The lady that started my blood draw couldn't get it so she ask the guy there and then he blew my vine, and brushed the hell out of my arm, so I'm not happy with them at all
